Who we are

What we collect
The enquiry form asks for a name, an email address, a phone number, the residence you are interested in and an optional message. The brochure form asks only for an email address.
Why we hold it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and send the brochure you asked for, steps taken at your request before any contract, and to keep a record of what was discussed, which is our legitimate interest. We do not sell your details. Only the sales team for this development sees them, and the companies that host this site and its forms process them on our behalf under a written agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Brochure requests are kept for twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@miradorbenahavis.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at aepd.es.
