The development
Thirty-six residences in two buildings. Block A completes in the fourth quarter of 2027, Block B in the second quarter of 2028. From the building licence onwards, every payment made before completion goes into a special account and is secured by a bank guarantee or surety insurance, as Spanish law requires.
Renders, areas and energy
The images on this site are indicative. Built work may differ in finish and in detail. Areas are given in square metres and are measured to the internal face of the perimeter wall. The energy rating, class A, comes from the project certificate; the final certificate is issued on completion.
Prices
Prices include VAT and are valid until withdrawn. Stamp duty, notary and land registry fees are paid by the buyer. Buyers receive the Documento Informativo Abreviado before signing, as Andalusian law requires.
